Returns Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! You are able to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
We allow the return of products after they have been used (tested)*. You can test the perfume by spraying it twice. This means that the product can only be used in the following way: 2 presses of the atomiser counted from the moment the perfume mist comes out of it.
*That does not apply to our 3ml samples.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

What type of fragrances do you sell?
All our Blossom products are Eau De Parfum (EDP) which makes the scent stronger as they contain 19% of perfume oils. For example, Eau de Toilette (EDT) usually contains only between 5% and 15% of the perfume oils.
Where should I spray my perfume?
Spray it onto your pulse points (i.e. on your wrist or behind the ears) as it will make the scent last longer. These areas emanate heat and it helps the fragrance release into the air during the day. When spraying onto your wrists, don't rub them together as it breaks the fragrance molecules down. Let the perfume dry down for a fragrance experience you’ll be able to smell all day!
How identical are your perfumes compared to the original ones?
Our Blossom fragrances' similarity rate is above 90%. We aim to deliver top quality products at an affordable price.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, our Blossom perfumes are cruelty-free. We are against animal testing and we ensure our manufacturers adhere to the same principle.
Is it safe to spray them on clothes?
As there is a higher oil content to make them last longer, with ALL perfumes, not just Blossom perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course you do so at your own risk.

What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, and will answer any questions within this time frame.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched already, we may be able to amend or cancel it for you. Please contact our customer service immediately at help@blossomperfumery.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the chosen option at checkout, it will take between 1-5 working days.
How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. If orders are placed on the weekend, all orders will be dispatched on Monday.
