SHIPPING & RETURNS
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
Orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same working day.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 2 PM), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
We ship all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or Royal Mail Tracked 24 service depending on the chosen option at checkout.

You will be notified by email once your order is dispatched and you will receive your tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.

Delivery is available for UK addresses only.
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Monday to Saturday.
If your order has arrived damaged, please take pictures of the outer packaging along with the damaged bottles and the Royal Mail's apology bag (if there is one), and email the pictures to us. We will need to investigate this so it is important to send this information to us as soon as possible.
If in the event you missed your parcel being delivered, it is your responsibility to arrange a re-delivery or to collect it from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office. If you fail to do so within the timeframe Royal Mail retains your parcel, it will be returned to us. When this happens you can request for us to re-send your parcel again and you will be charged £4.50 re-postage fee. Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be £4.50 reduction to your refund to cover charges made by the courier to return your item.
If the address you entered as your shipping address is incorrect please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so that we can update it before your order is dispatched. We cannot change an address once the order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure these details are correct.
If the parcel has been dispatched prior to receiving contact of the shipping address being incorrect it is the responsibility of the customer who placed the order to try and retrieve the package from this address. In the event the parcel is returned to us then the customer is liable to pay for the re-postage of the order, which will be invoiced upon receipt of the item at a rate of £4.50.
Alternatively, if you wish to request a refund there will be £4.50 fee deducted from your refund to cover charges made from the carrier for returning your item to us.
All orders are sent fully tracked/signed for. If you claim to have not received your order despite the tracking saying it has been delivered, you will be required to complete a 'non receipt of goods form' and we will launch an investigation with the courier which can take up to 14 days. Please email email@example.com and our customer service team will be able to initiate this for you. We will let you know the outcome of the investigation once we hear back from the courier.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! You are able to return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
We allow the return of products after they have been used (tested)*. You can test the perfume by spraying it twice. This means that the product can only be used in the following way: 2 presses of the atomiser counted from the moment the perfume mist comes out of it. Fluid loss is checked visually and in case of doubt, on a sensitive scale. After testing it as per above, you do not lose the right to return and if you do not like the smell or longevity of the scent, you can return the product and get your money back.
*That does not apply to our 3ml samples.
*Your item must be in the original packaging.
*Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Any item that was purchased as part of a '3 for 2' or '2 for 1' or ‘spend x and get y’ offer:
If, for example, you purchased our perfumes on a '3 for 2' offer you would need to return all items included in the offer and then re-purchase the items you want to keep at full price (in which case the original offer may not apply). Any single item contained in an offer can be exchanged only.
In case a partial return is required, the refund amount will depend on the number of items returned. For instance, if you return only 1 item, you will receive a refund of 1/3 of the order value. However, in case you want to return 2 out of 3 items, you will be charged the full price of the perfume that you decide to keep, and the refund amount for the returned items will be the difference between the full amount paid and the full price of the perfume you decide to keep.
